Description
Vinyl PVC figures are made of PVC as raw materials. PVC powder (Polyvinyl chloride) is poured into a blender and mixed into a liquid, then bubbles are pumped out by a vacuum machine and injected into a finished copper mold, and then put into an oven to make the PVC liquid form a fixed model and stick it on the copper mold at high temperature, finally is the formation of PVC figures by soaking copper mold in cold water.
The production process of a PVC figure is very complicated. Generally, there are many processes, including:1, 3D modeling, 2, 3D printing samples, 3, copying wax samples, 4, electroplating to make copper molds, 5, injecting PVC liquid into the copper molds for production, 6, coloring, 7, assembling, 8, inspecting goods, 9, packing and shipping.
