Sofubi Figure 3D Prototyping

Our 3d designer has more than 10 years of experience in this field, we can make a 3D model out in 3-5 working days.

3D Printing Sofubi Figure

After the customer confirmed, we will make a simple resin mold apart and print the model out by ourselves in 2-3days.

Sofubi Polishing

We will do 3-5times polishing after printing to make it smooth and detailed.

Sofubi Hand Painting

Our painting master has more than 10 years of experience, and can most effectively achieve the design, which needs about 3-5 working days.

Client Confirm

We will take pics / videos or ship them out for the client to confirm all the detail.

Mold Apart

After the client the prototype & payment, we will start molding the final 3D apart.

Sofubi Mold Making

We will make a silicone mold according the prototype, our mold master has more than 15 years of experience, and can make any high-quality production, and this needs 10-15 working days.

Decals Prepare

If you can not provide an AI file for us to make decals, we have our own AI designer to help you make them.

Pre-Production Sample Making

We make pre-production samples (including package) according to the prototype, which needs 5-7working days.

Sofubi Mass Production Making

After the client confirms the pre-production sample and payment, we start mass production of resin toys.

Sofubi Polishing

We will polish the surface and oil test, 2-6times, according to quality request.

Sofubi Painting

We have 60 painting workers, and 30% of them are working in this field for more than 10 years.

Sofubi Assemble

We have 4 assembly lines, and 6 ultrasonic machines, that can faster and more efficiently finish and assemble.

Sofubi Packing

We have 2 Auto-packing lines.
